Without Yourself – Always Alone

When you don’t see yourself, don’t hear yourself, don’t feel yourself — it doesn’t matter who’s next to you. You can be surrounded by people and still feel invisible. You can be loved and still feel empty.

Because others are not the source of your presence.
You are your own presence.

And only when you step away from yourself, even for a moment, can that piercing feeling appear: “I’m alone.” But not because the world left you. Only because you stopped being with yourself.

This is the softest reminder:

Loneliness isn’t the absence of another. It’s the absence of You. And there is no blame in that. Only a question: “Can I return to myself — right now?”

Because sometimes, all it takes is one pause, one breath, one embrace of your own presence for the illusion of separation to dissolve. And suddenly— you’re no longer alone.

Because you are here. And when you are here— everything fills in.
No words. No people. No proof.
I am. And that is enough to never be alone again.
