Achieving and Destroying

Achieving and destroying, that's the Ego.
It thrives on emotions born from desires
and from disappointments.
This false SELF,
continually processes hundreds of attributed meanings
and distracts from the moment,
which in itself is the end of this suffering.
Without identifying with all these phenomena,
we can simply be happy.
Without reason and indefinitely.
Right NOW.
And why not?
 

• If you don't like What Is, you can always first change your attitude towards it, and then release it from your space of experience.
• When you realize the message - the messenger can leave. No longer will he knock at your door. Don't look through the peephole to see if he's still there.
• Pack your bags and head into the World, literally and metaphorically.
• Just make the move dictated by the Heart.
• Only that much, and yet so much, because until now, driven by programmatic limitation, you didn't even look there. Or you turned away too quickly.

Be deaf and blind to all those interpretations of the mind.
Love what is, but be dependent on no one and nothing.
Everything that stops you is your prison.
Everything you're attached to controls you.

don't seek joy, but recognize it within yourself
don't beg for love, just love
don't lose hope, just live without illusions
