Body

This divine construction and manifestation of love, steered by the wisdom of consciousness. It is in itself perfectly whole; what seems flawed is merely its message to you. The body quickly raises its vibrations, releases blockages and programs. It can be said to be a neutral friend, always adjusting to your beliefs.

• Say, "I am full of power" - it will show you that.
• Say, "I have no strength" - it will lie down.
• Rejoice and love - it dances, moves lightly and fluidly.
• The body is a mirror for your mind.
• If you feel anger, rage, jealousy, shame, helplessness, regret - the body will take on any diagnosis that explains how you perceive yourself and the world.
• A body freed from the emotional baggage of stuffing it with food suddenly becomes completely low-maintenance. It beautifies, slims down, shines, smells good. It does not need sleep or energy drawn from anything external.
  
  The body is a self-sufficient cosmos,
  a magnificent instrument   for experiencing
  in a dimension free from programs.

The body is brilliant, created by a thought filled with love or desperation. Whatever you need, it will do for you. It is not eternal, for it is just a fleeting form, but you can use it as long as you need or want... It is not an obstacle; it is a wonderful tool, a costume for the God that You Are!
