When It Hurts

If I am to speak, let it be through words full of Silence,
if I am to be silent, let it be in the recognition of those soundless notes.
I choose the song of the heart in the whisper of Life within.

When physical and emotional pain arises, as a result of previously disregarding important Information, you must confront it directly.

• Do not run from it, nor try to numb it with various methods.
• Stop pretending everything is fine.
• Do not let all those lies continue to obscure the Truth that is already beginning to scream within you.
• Turn around and look in the mirror, cry, howl, whatever, but stop suppressing what you’ve hidden for too long!
• The body does not lie; it is your most honest Informant, start trusting it.
• All the energy locked within it must start flowing, there's no time to wait!
• Confront those scenarios with which you have enslaved yourself!
• Enough with silence!
• Enough with adhering to rules!
• Now, is the time for CHANGE, and a radical one at that.

Love will no longer wait for those corrective assumptions.

• To whom does the pain belong?
  Pain belongs to the mind, for it has named its resistance to what is.
• To whom does the suffering belong? To the one who has not recognized the deep meaning in every situation, the deep wisdom in every seeming stretch of the road to oneself.
• Whose is the body pain?
  The body is a thought, so how do you create this relationship with the instrument of experience, with this beautiful informant of your beliefs?
• See the tension in the mind, feel it in the body; the body navigates you to the truth, pointing to the spot of current awareness.
• You choose pain if you deny the facts of experience and clothe them in so many words of judgment. Just take a deep breath and the will to let go of everything that keeps you in the illusion of separation from God/Love.

Pain awakens us, suffering moves us to search for that place within, which nothing can touch, where Silence embraces us wholly.

You are the peace of God, you are the Lightness of God, You Are the Thought of God. Where then does this unease come from? Turn yourself to the Truth, it will free the dream of separation. Love will shine in those cosmic eyes.

Stop pretending and start Living, so totally honestly from that Core of yourself. Don’t wait any longer for a better moment; it’s a misunderstanding passed on too long to the next servants of a system serving faulty programs!

By recognizing That which is unchangeable, we stop being slaves to that which is fleeting. In the Present moment, what manifests is a perfect display of Eternity.

• Do you know Who You Are? Stop mocking this Majesty with that pathetic pretense of being a victim of your own illusions.
• You can now leave these intricate stories about yourself and fully create a Consciously Aware World of your design. Thank you for having the courage to do so.

Simply choose the Reality option that is closest to your visions.

• The Universe will fulfill your wishes exactly if the charge within them is positive, full of lightness, openness, and passion.
• You are the Creator of your Worlds when you create from the Field of the Heart, FULFILLMENT IS OBVIOUS.
• It is not contained in time; it hides in Infinity, before your high vibration tunes your gaze to what you want to create.
• The CREATOR in You creates, not the small and frightened owner of a past full of programmed limitations.
• Joy leads you; do not be deceived by stories of lack.
• Everything HERE is available.
• The PRESENT is God’s safe.
• Reach for these Gifts with gratitude.
• It's just an element of the game, but freely enjoy, rejoicing in what you create with this Conscious Thought full of Love.
   

  To trust is to fall and never hit the ground.
  To trust is an eternal journey beyond time.
  To trust is to Be and not seek reason in anything.
