Dopamine - PLEASURE AND REWARD

  • Implementation of Power Habits, meditation, good sleep, instrumental music, observing the breath.
  • Running, cycling, trampoline jumping, practicing yoga, brisk walking, dancing, appreciation.
  • Learning languages, creating new projects, overcoming limiting programs.
  • The joy of discovering your consistency and trusting yourself, fruit diet.

Serotonin - Happiness and mood stabilization

  • Meditation, mindful breathing, focusing on the present moment, wonder and gratitude.
  • Contact with nature, outdoor activity, being in the sun, cold showers, running.
  • Self-care, massage, healthy diet dry fast, detox, conscious living, freeing from addictions.
  • Internal balance, openness to change, goodness and supporting other beings.

Endorphins - Releasing identity from suffering

  • Farewell to artificial separation patterns, opening to new possibilities, seeing the clear nature of life.
  • Spontaneous laughter and unconditional joy, yoga, massage, relaxation, dance, aromatherapy.
  • Visualization of your new projects, joyful creation, artistic realization.
  • Physical activity, running, cycling, swimming, climbing.

Oxytocin - Love and the feeling of connection

  • Holding hands, saying kind, appreciative words, tenderness, relationships.
  • Playing with a child and animals, petting, rolling around, shared laughter.
  • Heart communication, attentive listening, presence in the feeling of Unity, mind's silence.
  • Closeness and intimacy, hugging, kissing, trust, eye-gazing, making love.

If we rely not on science but on experience, feeling, and internal insights, we might skip some logical arguments and focus solely on Presence and noticing our transient states.

However, sometimes, when our lifestyle changes so quickly, when we replace old destructive habits with new self-care qualities, it’s nice to remember that the state of our body closely indicates the scope of our consciousness.

  • The body is mental, and we create it through thoughts, beliefs, and programs, not realizing until a certain point that these unconscious recordings affect our mood, health, creativity, and abundance.
  • If our whole life is in balance, everything connects, and the artificial sensation of separation from oneself, others disappears.
  • Fear vanishes along with succumbing to the manipulation of a system that does not intend to reveal all facts about our real Power.
  • This Power awakens in us when we become self-aware and take responsibility for our thoughts, emotions, actions, our mental and physical health.

Any discomfort is information that the direction of our attention and daily actions is distancing us from ourselves, that we start to generate our energy into information fields fully built on lies and the desire to control the unaware, blindly believing in the artificial rules and laws of the old system. This system is leaning towards its final downfall, and don’t let your belief in it drag you along with it.

If you understand that so much depends on you, that changing your diet, cleansing your body and mind, all-around self-care, introducing meditation, movement, gratitude, smiling, and mindfulness into your daily rhythm simply logs you out of the 3rd Dimension, where change is impossible, you just have to leave it through continuously expanding your consciousness.

As you can see, by taking control of your biology, you can change your entire projected world and create an entirely new reality.

Total mindfulness and the right choice of how you spend your time will literally affect all aspects of your life.

Now is the perfect moment to pause, set your priorities, direction and ask yourself an honest question:

  • Does what I’ve considered to be true up to now serve me?
  • What is my mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual condition?
  • Do I feel like I’m consciously creating my life, or does a depressing image emerge that I’m controlled by addictions, fears, and desperation?
  • Do you feel like you’re truly living your fullest self and everything supports you, or are you fighting with yourself, others, the mind, and the body?

Time for a reset of old programs, for conscious living, and for filtering information that wants to obscure your gifts, talents, and possibilities. You’re here for your Awakening, in this unique time on Earth, so take responsibility for yourself and don’t look for answers outside, which might satisfy you only momentarily but change nothing.

  • Take care of your energy level, activate joy, maybe initially the kind that has its reasons, but soon you’ll discover through this your true Nature and Essence, which is independent of biology, hormones, time.
  • Every stage is important, no matter how long it lasts, what’s important is that you start from Now to consciously examine your choices and influence what you notice doesn’t serve you.
  • Logically, you start supporting yourself in various ways, quickly discovering the Power of this change and its effectiveness.
