Banana Ice Cream with Date Sauce

Banana ice cream can be made in two ways:

• Cut bananas into slices and keep them in the freezer.
  When in the mood for ice cream, blend them in a blender into an icy cream.

• Blend 4—6 bananas in a blender, transfer to an ice cream maker, and wait until the right consistency forms, about 30—60 minutes.

Date syrup:

• Blend in a blender, a few dates previously soaked for 2—3 hours, with water or orange juice, until the consistency of liquid caramel is achieved.
