Pain

• If you feel pain, look at it with all your Power, look,
  without wanting to ease yourself, remember you are not this pain
  and it is as transient as everything else.
• Let the pain tear and dance within you as an illusion of truth, let it push you to the limits of endurance.
• If you claim it's real, check where its strength ends, and where the space of your Freedom begins.
• If you don't back down, if you accept it exactly as it presents itself, with full trust in yourself, you will rise beyond the entire story of life's pain.
• Here, consistency is a friend, I don't follow any thought, don't deny myself in any manifestation, but I don't identify with anything that appears.

Fearlessly, I look at emotions, seeing them as a temporary guest passing through the Space where no traces will be recorded.

• Come pain, and show me in me the fiction I created on the path I wanted to follow.
• Show me my depths, the depths of this person, so I can see this dream and never again immerse in the swamp of projections.
• I bless you, pain, when you dance with me, when you toss me around and press me against the wall.
• I laugh Now at this game, woven by the mind from stories, and I play with every coming moment.
• Nothing can deceive me, no passionate search for myself in everything, for I Am, beyond the fickleness of fate, beyond calendar pages and changing names around.
• I am beyond every word I spoke and that came to awaken me.
• I no longer need to play these roles, I don't need anything, when I love even this pain, seeing in it projections of a person who lives only in thought.

Love even in pain discovers itself, and in denial, it confirms,
in the paradox of knowledge, the Eternal, unfathomable HAPPINESS.

Simple I LOVE YOU,

• remember, utter these words like a mantra, directing attention to places in the body filled with emotions, if only you look without commenting through thoughts and not giving meaning, you will experience the miracle of permission, which frees you from suffering.
• when you feel pain in interactions with others.
• when your body demands attention and is unwell, say I LOVE YOU to every part of your body.
• Joy now fills every cell of yours
  and you vibrate lightly with Life/Yourself at every moment.
