LightFast is a Portal of Light — not a fast, not a challenge, not a method.

It is a return to the nature of being, where nothing needs to be found outside,

because the light of life already flows within you.

It is not a timed practice or a spiritual test,

but a state of recognition that you are Wholeness.

LightFast has no beginning and no end.

It begins the moment you know you no longer need anything —
