Mind, beauty of mind

The mind is a beautiful tool of God.
When you observe it calmly,
it ceases to be an unconscious aspect,
that seems to be a problem.
Simply watch the flow of thoughts without attachment,
with love and a wink.

  • If you don't take the mind personally, yet don't make it an enemy either, you discover how amazing it is.
  • Thought creates this world; if you immerse the mind in the heart, this world suddenly appears entirely different.
  • When you don't fight the mind - who would fight it? - it quiets down by itself because you don't give it such importance.
  • Return to this thought - Who Am I? - it will immediately fill you with Silence.
  • Everything is God, the Mind as well, because there is nothing that is not Him; however, when it is limited by programs and conditions, it seems so tight and ego-centric.

  • When the Mind is open, i.e., in contact with Consciousness, it serves as a connector, not a separator.
  • If you feel tormented by the mind, unmask all beliefs, limitations generated by it, and release them through the act of recognizing that it's just a thought.
  • A free thought does not create tension in the body, emotions that indicate you are distracted, not Present NOW.
  • Breathe Consciously and do not identify with what is transient.
  • You Are That which is Unchanging.
  • Smile and create this day in harmony and in play.
