The Present Moment

• The past is but a sum of memories. When you give your attention to these thoughts and search for images from yesterday, you lose what is most precious - the PRESENT.
• The future is a play of the imagination. You marvel at it or frighten yourself with unreal projections. Then, you escape from the gift of the Present moment.
• Invest all your energy in THIS MOMENT. You will discover your own power and the source of truth which is love.
• So little is needed to end ties with what has passed, and so much will can be awakened within to live so deeply in relation with Life.
• Identifying with that perpetually unsatisfied "I", you still live in a program and, lacking mindfulness, succumb to fate.
• When Awareness leads, in each moment, you create a newly born, innocent gaze.

Look, listen, do not comment,
and Silence will fill with itself what Is.
